Bounty Bites

In Britain we have a delicious chocolate bar called ‘BOUNTY’ much like a MOUND only the coconut is much more moist and of course the chocolate is heavenly, especially the dark chocolate. Bounty was one of my favourite chocolate bars when I was growing up. I love coconut, what can I say.

This recipe is so simple and perfect to make this time of year for the Christmas season.

French Creamy Chicken Soup

This is our most favourite homemade chicken soup! It’s so creamy and delicious; you will want to have seconds.  My husband loves it when I make this filling soup and I love it because I use a rotisserie chicken which makes it very easy to put together. I love having friends from different countries, this recipe is from my dear friend's French mother-in-law.

Crispy Rösti Potatoes

Swiss Crispy Rösti Potatoes

This is the perfect pan-size potato pancake for a family breakfast on a cold winter’s morning. This Swiss recipe is a dish of shredded potatoes sautéed on both sides until crisp and golden. Rösti literally means “crisp and golden” in Germanic Switzerland. Pomme rösti has a crisp surface and a tender, decadent center; it’s the best hash-brown potatoes you’ve ever tasted.
